Lots of comparisons of LP training and holding down jobs at the same time...Yes, but 20 years ago without 13 hour days and 160 emails? I am tired.
There’s been a lot of over sharing of todo lists and busyness today (not in this meeting, just generally and at work)...it’s been triggering, I just want to spend quality time with people. I am tired. And possibly a little grumpy.
That said, affirming and supportive feedback from the minister and my mentor.
Good result - I need to remind myself that this is experience for whatever comes next. Supervision, feedback, input, guidance - it needs to be accepted gracefully and know it's done so from a position of love and support. It's not a secular appraisal!
I probably do need to scale back the appointments a little bit, find some time to log back in to the eLearning platform and submit some module evidence. In a rather welcome turn we do not need to have quite so many assessed services each quarter as we had originally thought. CPD out in force...and being helpful.
Some very accessible, warm devotions at the start of the meeting and Margie's going to lead them in next meeting.
