God for All, House Shopping, Superintendent Meeting.

Margie sent me a link to a house. It wasn't serious, the last time she did that we bought it! She's open to options though - the house we're in now is spectacular, too big, too expensive...but lovely. I'd like to hold on to it if we can.

I had a meeting with our Superintendent. I've captured the outcomes and will follow up. We were in total agreement regarding steps. The timings are complicated by new Circuit prep (Cumbria is becoming one Circuit...and further complicated by her move to a new Circuit. That said I'm thrilled that she's got a spark about her new station. They'll be lucky to have her.

There appears to have been a letter doing the rounds that has upset some people. I expect it will be to do with the God for All approach that has caused division. I continue to observe with an ignorance and blessed naivety; (though I continue to be frustrated) how does a 'single topic' (over simplifying) continue to consume so much time?

Clother the naked. Home the homeless. Feed the hungry. Then chat to me about same sex relationships. Over simplified(!?). God's Love is for all. Not just for those we say can have it. Urgh.
